The place was reasonably priced. The staff turned out to be amazingly nice and incredible. The location was central, particularly good to the 'new port'. Plus, it was really close to beaches, and the hottest bar and restaurant at night and breakfast in the morning. The food we tried was appetising and they have a huge variety of meals to choose from.

Brilliant hotel, incredibly nice staff and delicious food. Unbeatable location, really close to Tel Aviv Marina. Large room and Wi-Fi and it's own balcony inside. Early check-in, late check-out. Main bar and great pool.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, we had booked without breakfast and were invited by the hotel for breakfast free of charge. The beds were top.

Does not meet the standard of a 4-star house. The furnishing of the rooms is very simple and partly dead.

The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is impressive. In addition to the place that is near the port where you can eat very well, although it is not cheap at all.
The hotel looks like a bunker on the outside, but all the surrounding hotels have the same architecture.

I have stayed at the Carlton a few times and I always enjoy it. I feel very comfortable there. The staff especially at the front desk and concierge is very friendly and helpful.
I wish they had a larger private beach with lounge chairs and I wish the pool water was not so cold and there needs to be more lounge chairs and umbrella's around the pool area which is not big enough. Umbrella's on the deck behind the pool would be nice as well.

The locations was great. We crashed there - comfortable and clean - thought it was a great value for the price
It was fine - disliked that the first reservation had to be no refund to get the room - we were there for two days - returned about 4 days later of one night.

The staff was very helpful. We had ordered a sea-side view suite and we were not happy with the view as it was on the 9th floor and we had a building in front. The staff quickly offered to give an upgrade to a sea-front view suite at no cost. We also loved the view from the pool deck at the top floor. 360 degree of Tel Aviv like no other place I ever visited before in the city. The gentleman who takes care of the pool area was super kind and helpful. Overall a delightful experience.
The hotel room was of nice size but it felt a bit old and not greatly taken care of.
